Message from Robert E. Banta, Founder and Managing Partner

Thank you for visiting the Banta Immigration Law website.

For the first 19 years of my career, I had the privilege of practicing law with two of the largest law firms in the United States. I founded Banta Immigration Law to combine the highest standards of performance and service I learned at those firms with the efficiencies of a boutique firm. With immigration law as our sole focus, Banta Immigration Law devotes all of our resources to providing exceptional client service, every day and in every case.

I am proud of the long-standing client relationships that my colleagues and I have established and nurtured over the years, some dating back for more than two decades. I am also proud that we regularly handle immigration referrals from many Fortune 500 companies as well as from several of America's largest law firms, who entrust their clients to us in our specialized area of practice.

I invite you to review our "Firm Differentiators" in this website, which distinguish us from other lawyers and firms offering immigration services. The marketplace has responded well to our approach to immigration practice; we are Atlanta's largest law firm devoted exclusively to U.S. and global immigration law.

Banta Immigration Law is here to provide our clients the most professional and cost-effective solutions to their U.S. and global immigration needs. We invite inquiries from companies seeking superior immigration representation. We also welcome inquiries from prospective employees wishing to work in an environment dedicated to excellence and exceptional service in immigration law.

Sincerely,

Robert E. Banta
